    Meal Planning

    I just had my annual visit with my PCP and we talked about a low blood sugar scare I had late this summer. Turns out my blood sugar and everything is fine. I followed-up with my PCP letting her know that I still have crashes after lunch. She suggested that I have small meals throughout the day.

    When I look up small meals, everything is focused on weight loss. I don't want to (or need to) lose weight, I just want to stop crashing. Do you have any suggestions for what I should eat throughout the day?
