    Vaginal Discomfort Help!!!

Hello, since January I have been suffering from vaginal discomfort, itching and inflammation. I have been to the doctor and have had cultures for trichomoniasis, gonorrhea, chlamydia, bacterial vaginosis, and yeast infection. At first, all testing came back negative. The doctor called about three weeks later to say that when the full results of the pap smear was returned, the results showed candida yeast. She prescribed 2 doses of fluconazole 150mg pill, one to be taken same day, and the other 3 days later. This was to be used in conjunction with clotraminazole cream, internally and externally on the labia. I felt relief during the use of the cream, and continued to use it externally for 7 days. Following this, it appeared that symptoms were subsiding, however it has returned. I am experiencing generalized itching all over the vulva, and occasionally around the anus. This itching is not specific to one area. Occasionally, the itch will feel like a "crawling" across my labia, specifically around my vaginal opening. Some days are worse than others. Additionally, I have a small amount of white creamy discharge that has no odor. There are no lesions. When I shave my genital area, I do get small red bumps and occasionally pimples, but I have always been susceptible to folliculitis following shaving and this is the only time the bumps appear. I have tried also wearing cotton underwear and pants to allow the area to breath, and sleeping without underwear. As this has continued for three months, and only with light relief with the clotraminazole and fluconazole treatment, I am desperate to find a cause and treatment. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
