    Vaginal and urination problems :(

Hi, a bit of background. I'm a 28 year old female. I'm not pregnant or taking any medication.

About 4 months ago I had a mild burning sensation inside my vagina along with an irritant, almost like when a tampon is in wrong. I'd just started using coconut oil toilet paper and thought I'd had a reaction. I stopped using it immediately however the sensations remained. My GP did urine test and swabs from inside and outside of my vagina. Nothing showed up.
These odd sensations eventually went away about 2 weeks ago.
A week ago however I then started to shows signs of a UTI. A painful sharp pressure at the end of my urethra just as a urination stream ended. There was also specks of blood on toilet paper one time. I feel a constant pinch at the end of my urethra too like i really need to urinate, but I don't. It's not as bad now as it was initially but certainly still not right. I went to my GP again today and she immediately suspected a UTI. She did a dipstick test and low and behold, no infection again! :(
She's sending my urine to the lab just to make sure.
I'm just fed up of having all this 'down there' and not getting to the bottom of it. It's really affecting my sex life with my fiancé and causing me a lot of anxiety. My GP is on about wanting to examine my cervix and all sorts now if these lab results don't show an infection.
If anyone has experienced this before, your feedback would be really appreciated.
Also, I've had no unusual discharge, odours or itching.
    Thanks!
