    Need advice for liposuction!!

    I just turned 18 and I am 5"3 and 174. In summer 2017 (June) I was 146 and felt ok. Still a little bit chubby. But in August 2017 I was 177-183 and I felt like crap. In October for my birthday I wanted to buy a pretty dress to wear to my party but I completly gave up and I realized I needed to change not only for visual reasons. I'm adopted and don't know too much abt my family health except for that I'm the only person without diabetes. I get checked as I should for diabetes. But....

    Gastric Bypass 08/2014

    It’s been almost 4 years. I picked a realistic goal weight of 160 and never made it. I’m actually okay if I can maintain at 167, but I keep creeping up to 175. I know I’ve been eating the wrong things and stresss eating...especially now that I know I can tolerate certain foods. Sometimes I overeat my and feel sick even thought I know it’s how I’ll feel. It’s like as I’m eating I’m not paying attention to the signals...ignoring them. I know the right things to do and I hate to keep getting myself....

    Difficulty losing weight with underactive thyroid

    I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid in May 2017 and since then i have been taking levothyroxine 50mg. I have lost only 3lbs in the last 8months, and I have been struggling with trying to lose weight. I am currently taking Vitamin B complex, selenium and zinc vitamins along with vitamin D to see if it would help improve my thyroid. I workout 4-5 times a week lifting weights and cardio and i watch my calorie intake each day but nothing seems to help. Is there anything else I can do or take....
