    Need Guidance

    I am starting to put myself first and taking care of myself. First thing I need to tackle is my weight. I am a stress eater and cannot get out of the cycle I am in - any suggestions? What si a great diet to follow that is easy with a person who is very limited on time and always on the go?

    The pounds are stuck on me!

    I have gained 50-60 pounds over the last two year with the stress of divorce and moving. I also hit 50 during this time. I move around a lot and don't eat excessively and the pounds are stuck, mostly around my middle. I have tried weight watchers and noom but one thing I have learned is that I will not track anything to save my life. I am a box checker but not a tracker or journaler by any means. I am going to try Pure Barre because I think exercise may be my key. Any thoughts, any food combos....

    Need a change

    I'm 36, a mother to 8. I recently went to a doctor's appointment and was told i was overweight (duh doc). Ever since I had my last 2 kids I've been struggling with my weight. I am well over 100+ lbs overweight. I am 5'11 and at 282 as of 2 days ago. I find myself struggling with portion control and eating the right things as I am a picky eater as I've been told. Any help?

    Workout plan for at home??

    Hi, I'm Amber. A little about myself, I'm 26yo, My starting weight is 260lbs(eeekk...ik). I work full time (12+hrs), I'm a mom to 3 beautiful girls. I want to lose weight so I can run around with my kids, feel good about myself, shop in the regular size clothes. but I need workout ideas.     Unable to lose visceral fat

    So I am 18, and I eat very few cals as I barely ever go out, but I workout at home. I do burpees, skipping, jumping jacks anf other full body intense workouts. I have tried various other workouts in the past, including abdominal but those didn't work. This one is currently most intense and suited for me but I can't lose any more fat?     Work eating for sanity

    Hi, I saw that someone else had a similar post about snacking at work, and like them, I feel like this is something that is hard to find help for. I eat all day at work.
