    Gastric Bypass 08/2014

    It’s been almost 4 years. I picked a realistic goal weight of 160 and never made it. I’m actually okay if I can maintain at 167, but I keep creeping up to 175. I know I’ve been eating the wrong things and stresss eating...especially now that I know I can tolerate certain foods. Sometimes I overeat my and feel sick even thought I know it’s how I’ll feel. It’s like as I’m eating I’m not paying attention to the signals...ignoring them. I know the right things to do and I hate to keep getting myself....

    Hysterectomy

    I had a hysterectomy a few years ago and I noticed I have been gaining weight since. I crave sweets and salty items. I recently decided to become a vegan and I am exercising three times a week in the gym and the remainder of the days at home. Is there anything else I can do to assist in my weight loss mission?

    Weight loss

    Im 28 years old and I’ve always struggled with weight loss. I’ve never been been a small girl always curvy and fit however when I had kids I weighed 275. Well today 05/03/18 I weigh 194 pounds. I excercise and I eat way better without depriving myself. I live food I’m a southern belle so I enjoy cooking but I’ve learned ways to tweek certain things.     No motivation

    Hello, I will be 39 this month. In my mind I thought I would be this almost 40 year old mom a fit person. Well, it's not happening! I have always been at my highest 137lbs and lowest 127 considering i'm 5' But now, all of the sudden I have been gaining weight, so from 133 I went up to 145-147 in three months and now it doesn't seem easy to drop the pounds. I know its not a lot of LBS but for me it is. I just can't seem to find motivation and I give up within one week of working....

    How do I know if I doing the Keto Diet right?

    So I'm 15 and I've got over 20% body fat with quite a belly. That's been my main insecurity for the longest time and last week I took on the ketogenic diet. I count my calories and take note of the food I eat on MyFitnessPal and over the last week my average macros were 10% carbs, ~55% fat and 35% protein. I usually eat around 2000 calories a day and I stay below 50 grams of carbs. However the average amount of carbs I've eaten over the past week is about 40g. It's very hard for....

    Losing fat as a young teenager

    So I'm 15 this year and I basically want to be more fit and look better. I wouldn't consider myself unhealthy or obese but I'm, to a certain extent, overweight . I'm 173cm tall and I'm 70kg. A couple months ago, I got myself checked and I had 20% body fat. My main insecurity is the fat around my belly and waist, as they're quite chubby.     would like to lose weight

    I do water aerobics 3 nights a week for 1 hour. I purchased a stationary bike and will start to ride it for 20 to 30 mins a day. Will try to go to the YMCA and walk the inside track at least 2 times a week.
