    Any Advise Helps...

    I am 29 female, 5'6" tall and about 100+ lbs overweight...I have Moderate Scoliosis(sorry for bad spelling) and Degenerative Disc Disease in my loser back...My back keeps me from exercising like I should...I am looking for links to find detailed meal plans(recipes and such) or just recipes that you know to be healthy and easy...I just looking for help...have fought with my weight my entire life...took 2 1/2 years when I was 17 until almost 20 to lose 30 lbs(and that was with regular diet....

    Need a change; weightloss, muscle build!

    I'm 37, father of 5, husband and an overweight and out of shape officer. I NEED to change things, but I struggle with ongoing motivation, what to do and most importantly, I don't have a lot of extra means (Money) for the food I should be eating or the gym. I have a kettlebell and heavy bag. I struggle with portion control and have a terrible sweet tooth. 5 years ago, I was 170 with defined pecs, abs, arms and a defined jaw line. Now I'm ridiculed for being the fat guy in a little coat....

    Tired of trying and failing

    Hey. I'm 40, 5'4", 240 (give or take 2 pounds). I've done a lot of different things, quitting sugar, quitting carbs, meal replacement shakes, intense exercise, light exercise, intermittent fasting, and more. And guess what? None of it works. My clothes don't feel different, I don't look different and the scale certainly hasn't changed. Please can someone offer some kind of reasonable solution. I just want to be healthy.

    Dunlap Disease

    Yes, my stomach "done lapped over my britches". Walking has become an issue. One, I certainly need to stretch, my calves are literally threatening me. OMW they burn and ache so bad. Of course there is my belly, I believe it is pulling my back forward, making it feel like muscle exhaustion within minutes of walking. Do you think that wearing a girdle will help relieve this issue to get me going? Still I understand that I must work on my core, but in the meantime by using a girdle could it....

    Accountability

    looking for someone that we can check in with each other for accountability for healthy eating and workouts. i was 15lbs from goal before a major injury sidelined me for a year. now i have 40-50lbs to lose. i am thinking about premaking my meals from my family's, doing keto and the other things i did the first time. the only difference is i don't have the time to spend 4 hours in the gym every day now with a new job and puppy to deal with.

    Going on vacation...

    And I'm so so so so excited! I've literally never been on a real vacation... Not once growing up or even in my adult life (I'm 28 years old). So as you can imagine, I am beyond estatic to be going to Turks & Caicos. But I'm also a little nervous. I recently lost 80 lbs and I still have 20 more lbs to go.
