    Any Suggestions?

    I'm male, 17, 5'7, and 180lbs. (Not good). The main problem is, I'm in a wheelchair, so most exercise methods don't help me. I also have weakened arm muscles, so can't do much arm strengthening as well. Is there anything you guys can think of to help me? I want to try to get to 150. Thanks so much, I appreciate it.

    Just Tired

    Hi All. I have spent just about 20 years being told I am fat, I need to lose weight by my mom and the army. Wither I am honest with myself or anyone my weight makes me depressed which makes me eat which causes weight gain. I am not big on working-out and over the years I have develop medical issues that have slowed me down. I am just trying to get motivated and committed to my cause; to be happy and to love me.

    Workout plan for at home??

    Hi, I'm Amber. A little about myself, I'm 26yo, My starting weight is 260lbs(eeekk...ik). I work full time (12+hrs), I'm a mom to 3 beautiful girls. I want to lose weight so I can run around with my kids, feel good about myself, shop in the regular size clothes. but I need workout ideas.     Question About Fat Loss

I've been working out for nearly a week and had a question about man boobs, specifically, I want to ask: Should I wrap my "manboobs" to prevent bouncing when working out?     Work eating for sanity

    Hi, I saw that someone else had a similar post about snacking at work, and like them, I feel like this is something that is hard to find help for. I eat all day at work. I do it because it's the only way I can get through the day without murdering my co-workers. There's nothing wrong with them - they are perfectly nice people. There's nothing wrong with my job. Before I figured out what the problem was, I thought it was the job. So I changed jobs. Then I changed fields and changed jobs....

    The pounds are stuck on me!

    I have gained 50-60 pounds over the last two year with the stress of divorce and moving. I also hit 50 during this time. I move around a lot and don't eat excessively and the pounds are stuck, mostly around my middle. I have tried weight watchers and noom but one thing I have learned is that I will not track anything to save my life. I am a box checker but not a tracker or journaler by any means. I am going to try Pure Barre because I think exercise may be my key. Any thoughts, any food combos....

    i don't know what i should do

    i am 16 about to turn 17 and i weigh 235. i have tried dieting and exercise, but i never lose weight i either stay the same or i gain it. i do have major depression and high anxiety, and i do take medication for them(sertraline). i don't know if that could be a cause to why i cant lose weight, but i do know that i have tried everything but diet pills and surgery. i really don't know what i should or even can do at this point.

    Need Guidance

    I am starting to put myself first and taking care of myself. First thing I need to tackle is my weight. I am a stress eater and cannot get out of the cycle I am in - any suggestions? What si a great diet to follow that is easy with a person who is very limited on time and always on the go?
