    Tired of trying and failing

    Hey. I'm 40, 5'4", 240 (give or take 2 pounds). I've done a lot of different things, quitting sugar, quitting carbs, meal replacement shakes, intense exercise, light exercise, intermittent fasting, and more. And guess what? None of it works. My clothes don't feel different, I don't look different and the scale certainly hasn't changed. Please can someone offer some kind of reasonable solution. I just want to be healthy.

    Post gallbladder surgery

    Life changes after this. It has been about 10 years since my gallbladder removal. Fats are not absorbed and certain foods and habits will change for good, but not for the good. Any suggestions?

    Dunlap Disease

    Yes, my stomach "done lapped over my britches". Walking has become an issue. One, I certainly need to stretch, my calves are literally threatening me. OMW they burn and ache so bad. Of course there is my belly, I believe it is pulling my back forward, making it feel like muscle exhaustion within minutes of walking. Do you think that wearing a girdle will help relieve this issue to get me going? Still I understand that I must work on my core, but in the meantime by using a girdle could it....

    Need a change; weightloss, muscle build!

    I'm 37, father of 5, husband and an overweight and out of shape officer. I NEED to change things, but I struggle with ongoing motivation, what to do and most importantly, I don't have a lot of extra means (Money) for the food I should be eating or the gym. I have a kettlebell and heavy bag. I struggle with portion control and have a terrible sweet tooth. 5 years ago, I was 170 with defined pecs, abs, arms and a defined jaw line.     I just turned 18 and I am 5"3 and 174. In summer 2017 (June) I was 146 and felt ok. Still a little bit chubby. But in August 2017 I was 177-183 and I felt like crap. In October for my birthday I wanted to buy a pretty dress to wear to my party but I completly gave up and I realized I needed to change not only for visual reasons. I'm adopted and don't know too much abt my family health except for that I'm the only person without diabetes. I get checked as I should for diabetes. But....

    Fight continues
