    Need Motivation

    I am in the medical field and am super knowledgeable about diet and weight loss. However, I have little to NO motivation to do anything about it. I am really happy with my spouse, we go out to eat a lot, we are enjoying life and each others company. However, I am not able to fit in most of my clothes anymore. I need to lose weight, but I have no desire or motivation to! Help! Any advice is appreciated!

    weight problem.

    as of today I am 5.1" and weigh 230 lbs. 6 months ago I weighed 200 and was put on Birth control to regulate my period. That gained me weight. I stopped taking the pills and I exercise everyday, its been two weeks, and eat healthy but my weight does not go down. prior to this I hardly ate anything and often would skip meals. my weight is not from junk food or higher portions of food. my question is why cant I / why is it hard for me to loose the weight? please help if you can.

    Intermittent fasting

    I’m 74 and have tried every diet out there in order to lose 20#. Nothing worked. This is for health mostly. I do intermittent fasting and vegetarian now and weight has come off. At my goal weight and health much improved. I really think the fasting was a major breakthrough! After the first 2 days of fasting cravings went away which made vegetarian diet much easier.

    Weight Loss

    I just joined. I need to loose 23 lbs. I am 5'1" and weigh 153. I know I can do it. I was at that weight last year. I did it by using Herbal Life protein drinks, drinking water, eating fruits and vegetables. I figured by noting it here, it would get me motivated. I am starting tomorrow. I just want a healthier me. I hate exercising, so for me, this works. You drink 2 shakes a day and one meal. You can eat what you want (in moderation) With summer fast approaching, fresh fruits and vegies....

    Trying to Approach Weight Loss w/ Humor
