    weight problem.

    as of today I am 5.1" and weigh 230 lbs. 6 months ago I weighed 200 and was put on Birth control to regulate my period. That gained me weight. I stopped taking the pills and I exercise everyday, its been two weeks, and eat healthy but my weight does not go down. prior to this I hardly ate anything and often would skip meals. my weight is not from junk food or higher portions of food. my question is why cant I / why is it hard for me to loose the weight? please help if you can.

    Weight Loss

    I just joined. I need to loose 23 lbs. I am 5'1" and weigh 153. I know I can do it. I was at that weight last year. I did it by using Herbal Life protein drinks, drinking water, eating fruits and vegetables. I figured by noting it here, it would get me motivated. I am starting tomorrow. I just want a healthier me.     Losing weight

    I'm new here, but wanted to share some info on weight loss and vitamin D3 supplements. For the last 15 years or so, I knew something was "off". I didn't know what, I just knew I wasn't feeling like myself, and had gained so much weight and couldn't quite understand why.
