    Weight loss

I've struggled with my weight ever since giving birth to my children. So much so that I was about 100 lbs overweight. In December of 2017 I had gastric Sleeve weight loss surgery. This is where about 3/4 of your stomach is removed and you're left with an egg sized stomach. I've lost 85 lb but need to lose about 20 more. The weight loss has stopped. The surgery was a god-send and the hardest but best thing I have ever done for myself. Any one out there in my boat that still needs to lose....

    Overweight but never hungry

I have been overweight for years... since I had my daughter and she just turned 16 lol The problem is though, I am never hungry. As a matter of fact, because of some health issues and medications I have to take because of them, eating almost always makes me sick. And I’ve been this way most of my life. I have tried SO many different diets. Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Curves, HCG, Keto, medical planned diets, a few crash diets and cleanses sadly lol NOTHING has worked. (Okay not entirely true, when....

I'm 36, a mother to 8. I recently went to a doctor's appointment and was told i was overweight (duh doc). Ever since I had my last 2 kids I've been struggling with my weight. I am well over 100+ lbs overweight. I am 5'11 and at 282 as of 2 days ago. I find myself struggling with portion control and eating the right things as I am a picky eater as I've been told. Any help?

Can different types of frequencies affect the body?

It is a well-known fact in the scientific community that different frequencies can affect the human body in certain ways. The patented use of ultrasonic and electromagnetic frequencies is used to speed up the recovery time of damaged body tissue and broken bones. Not only is the human body affected by frequencies, but it also uses frequencies for internal communication. The human body is composed of a multitude of systems that exchange energy and information throughout itself, allowing the human....

    "Everything is energy,"

stated Einstein. Everything on this planet from humans, animals, plants to water and so much more are made up of energetic atoms that produce, emit, and receive energy while operating at specific frequencies. And our body's cells, organs, thought patterns and actions all have their own unique electromagnetic fields. Unfortunately, so do things that negatively affect them all as well as our health. ENERGETICS has mastered energy, frequencies, vibrations, wavelengths, AI and number signaling via....

Last ten pounds —not the typical question exactly though

I do need to provide a little background up front, so I apologize for this post’s length, and I’m not sure I know how to word all this to ensure it makes as much sense as possible. So I’m hoping people here will humor me a little. Using a combination of what I’ve learned from programs like P90x, P90x3, Body Beast, and just general reading I’ve done over the years, I’ve finally managed to break through all my previous fitness plateaus, this past year finally figuring out a lot of stuff that really....

Battle with fluctuation in weight loss

Hello all! I battle with weight loss in the sense I lose 5 to 10 lbs then I regain it back so easily. I know what I have to do but I get into this negative mindset about life and it leads to depression and all the eating occurs. I eventually snap out of it but during that time I just gain weight and do the weight loss to only find myself to repeat this vicious cycle over and over again. I have several health issues that makes this battle even more of a war between keeping the weigh off so I know....
