    Hysterectomy

    I had a hysterectomy a few years ago and I noticed I have been gaining weight since. I crave sweets and salty items. I recently decided to become a vegan and I am exercising three times a week in the gym and the remainder of the days at home. Is there anything else I can do to assist in my weight loss mission?

    Weight loss

    Im 28 years old and I’ve always struggled with weight loss. I’ve never been been a small girl always curvy and fit however when I had kids I weighed 275. Well today 05/03/18 I weigh 194 pounds. I excercise and I eat way better without depriving myself. I live food I’m a southern belle so I enjoy cooking but I’ve learned ways to tweek certain things.     One foot hurts severly while running or brisk walking

    hello, I'm a 29 year old female, weighing 107 lbs and 5'1" in height. Though I'm in good physical health, i have not exercised in a long time and lead a largely sedentary lifestyle. i recently went on a trip which involved excess walking for long periods.though my feet were hurting (right much more than left) and i took periodic rest, the pain would come back everytime i walked again or wore closed shoes.     I want to lose weight desperately Susabell13

    I have lost 29 pounds last summer using the NurtriSystems meal plans and over the winter, I have gained it back and I have been trying to watch what I eat and walk on our treadmill. I need encouragement to walk every day and walk more than 30 minutes. I am at a loss as to why I can't lose any weight. I take two jazzercise classes a week and it doesn't seem to help. I would love to lose 25 pounds for sure. I am 5 feet 2 and 179 pounds! Very unhappy about how I look.

    Best and worst workouts

    Jogging on a hard surface will eventually cause orthopedic problems. Talk to any knee and hip replacement surgeon and you will find out that jogging will eventually result in either a hip replacement, knee replacement or both. They recommend against it. I jogged for 5 years and eventually found that pain in my knees told me to stop. I lost no inches around the waist, had a pulse of 62 and had to take blood pressure medicine anyway (heredity).
