    Overweight but never hungry

I have been overweight for years... since I had my daughter and she just turned 16 lol The problem is though, I am never hungry. As a matter of fact, because of some health issues and medications I have to take because of them, eating almost always makes me sick. And I’ve been this way most of my life. I have tried SO many different diets. Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Curves, HCG, Keto, medical planned diets, a few crash diets and cleanses sadly lol NOTHING has worked. (Okay not entirely true, when....

    Any Suggestions?

I'm male, 17, 5'7, and 180lbs. (Not good). The main problem is, I'm in a wheelchair, so most exercise methods don't help me. I also have weakened arm muscles, so can't do much arm strengthening as well. Is there anything you guys can think of to help me? I want to try to get to 150. Thanks so much, I appreciate it.

    Wearing aprons while cooking!

Hello everybody, I like to cook healthy food, not burgers or hot dogs, only healthy food, maybe I am not the only one that can't cook without wearing aprons, because I am afraid not to get dirty, and the food is having different taste, not so tasty. Can you share with me more healthy food?

    Intermittent fasting and medication

Hello everyone, My name is Tal and I weigh about 200 lbs, with a target weight of 165 lbs. toward this end I have begun a regiment of intermittent fasting, and I feel good and am confident of success (I am, however, very much open to critiques and learning about other methods and viewpoints). I do have a bit of a problem: I take 4 different kinds of medication, one of which is absolutely essential, and is still being tested in clinical trials (ABL001, a tyrosine-kinase inhibitor used to treat Chronic....

Can different types of frequencies affect the body?

It is a well-known fact in the scientific community that different frequencies can affect the human body in certain ways. The patented use of ultrasonic and electromagnetic frequencies is used to speed up the recovery time of damaged body tissue and broken bones. Not only is the human body affected by frequencies, but it also uses frequencies for internal communication. The human body is composed of a multitude of systems that exchange energy and information throughout itself, allowing the human....

    "Everything is energy,"

stated Einstein. Everything on this planet from humans, animals, plants to water and so much more are made up of energetic atoms that produce, emit, and receive energy while operating at specific frequencies. And our body's cells, organs, thought patterns and actions all have their own unique electromagnetic fields. Unfortunately, so do things that negatively affect them all as well as our health. ENERGETICS has mastered energy, frequencies, vibrations, wavelengths, AI and number signaling via....

    Unable to lose visceral fat

So I am 18, and I eat very few cals as I barely ever go out, but I workout at home. I do burpees, skipping, jumping jacks anf other full body intense workouts. I have tried various other workouts in the past, including abdominal but those didn't work. This one is currently most intense and suited for me but I can't lose any more fat? I am only 43 kilos so I don't need to lose weight but I got some visceral fat and need to lose it. I take added sugar once in a while, and if I eat too much....

I worked out after a big meal but my weight didn’t change the next day...?

Hey all! So, over the past year I’ve been fortunate to hit several weight loss goals I set for myself-it hasn’t been easy, but I’ve gotten there and now am just trying to figure out how to sustain it long-term. A few nights ago I ate healthy during the day and that night had what most would consider a fairly unhealthy meal-wings (traditional, so less carbs) with a dry rub (less sodium) and a pizza without cheese (just crust and sauce). Despite these modifications it still ended up being a big meal....
