    Tired of trying and failing

Hey. I'm 40, 5'4", 240 (give or take 2 pounds). I've done a lot of different things, quitting sugar, quitting carbs, meal replacement shakes, intense exercise, light exercise, intermittent fasting, and more. And guess what? None of it works. My clothes don't feel different, I don't look different and the scale certainly hasn't changed. Please can someone offer some kind of reasonable solution. I just want to be healthy.

    Keto diet

Hi all, I've been doing this Keto diet for about 5 days now, and am hitting the goal (ketosis) judging by water weight loss, and ketone stick tests. Just wanted to see if anyone on WebMD has tried this/a similar diet and had any thoughts/recommendations/comments? If you don't know what the Keto Diet is, brief description below (wrote it myself ) The Keto Diet is a low carb (less than a slice of bread a day equivalent), moderate fat, high protein diet that starves your body of carbs, and forces....

    Losing weight

I'm new here, but wanted to share some info on weight loss and vitamin D3 supplements. For the last 15 years or so, I knew something was "off". I didn't know what, I just knew I wasn't feeling like myself, and had gained so much weight and couldn't quite understand why. About a year and a half ago, I went to a new doctor who did the same exact bloodwork as every other doctor in previous years, but this time the doctor checked my vitamin d levels, which were very low. My....

    Going on vacation...

And I'm so so so so excited! I've literally never been on a real vacation... Not once growing up or even in my adult life (I'm 28 years old). So as you can imagine, I am beyond estatic to be going to Turks & Caicos. But I'm also a little nervous. I recently lost 80 lbs and I still have 20 more lbs to go. I'm the type of person that I need to be pretty regimented and strict about what I eat and even the food I allow myself to be around. Thus, I'm afraid that this vacation....
