    Weight

    I am 64 yrs old and 50 lbs overweight,I travel a lot and eat out a lot I’m starting to walk now and as much as I try not to eat a lot I find myself walking to the kitchen at night looking for something to eat

    The pounds are stuck on me!

    I have gained 50-60 pounds over the last two year with the stress of divorce and moving. I also hit 50 during this time. I move around a lot and don't eat excessively and the pounds are stuck, mostly around my middle. I have tried weight watchers and noom but one thing I have learned is that I will not track anything to save my life. I am a box checker but not a tracker or journaler by any means. I am going to try Pure Barre because I think exercise may be my key. Any thoughts, any food combos....

    Stress at work

    It's only at work that I eat sweets and junk! I never see anyone talking about this! I really like my job but it's a grind commuting by train 5 days a week. My husband and I practice yoga stretches every single morning 5 days a week at 4:30 am, yes 4:30 AM!! The weekends are relaxing and easy going. I feel like a baby whining about how I can't stop eating sweets and no one is helping me! lol

    Need a change; weightloss, muscle build!

    I'm 37, father of 5, husband and an overweight and out of shape officer. I NEED to change things, but I struggle with ongoing motivation, what to do and most importantly, I don't have a lot of extra means (Money) for the food I should be eating or the gym. I have a kettlebell and heavy bag. I struggle with portion control and have a terrible sweet tooth. 5 years ago, I was 170 with defined pecs, abs, arms and a defined jaw line. Now I'm ridiculed for being the fat guy in a little coat....

    weight problem.

    as of today I am 5.1" and weigh 230 lbs. 6 months ago I weighed 200 and was put on Birth control to regulate my period. That gained me weight. I stopped taking the pills and I exercise everyday, its been two weeks, and eat healthy but my weight does not go down. prior to this I hardly ate anything and often would skip meals. my weight is not from junk food or higher portions of food. my question is why cant I / why is it hard for me to loose the weight? please help if you can.

    I'm 44 and I just joined from my job. I really need some help. I need to loose at least 50 lbs. I thought about weight lost surgery bout I'm kinda scared to go under the knife. I lost weight before when I went to the B12 clinic. All I need is a little help with meal prep and some motivation.

    Post gallbladder surgery

    Life changes after this. It has been about 10 years since my gallbladder removal. Fats are not absorbed and certain foods and habits will change for good, but not for the good. Any suggestions?

    Dunlap Disease

    Yes, my stomach "done lapped over my britches". Walking has become an issue. One, I certainly need to stretch, my calves are literally threatening me. OMW they burn and ache so bad. Of course there is my belly, I believe it is pulling my back forward, making it feel like muscle exhaustion within minutes of walking. Do you think that wearing a girdle will help relieve this issue to get me going? Still I understand that I must work on my core, but in the meantime by using a girdle could it....
