    OK, I have been off the rails for the better part of a year. I now need to lose at least 15 pounds. For a week I have cut to 1200-1300 calories a day. I have stayed off soda, have been drinking at least 4 bottles of water daily. I lost 2.5 pounds in the first few days but now it has been 4 days since the scaled moved. I don't get it, why did it stop moving when I have made such a huge change? It is discouraging this early on to not see any progress.

    Sigh.... I struggle with emotional eating and ritualizing my meals so this has been really really hard.
