    Question About Fat Loss

    Hello Everyone,

    I am a 274-pound male beginning my fat loss journey. I've been working out for nearly a week and had a question about man boobs, specifically, I want to ask: Should I wrap my "manboobs" to prevent bouncing when working out? I'm afraid of making them bigger by stretching the skin or something. I don't know if this makes sense, but please set me straight thank you.

    I lost one more pound just because of Keto I am taking...

    I will continue losing by that way then other heavy exercise.
    I will start running in morning little bit..

    Mr A also lost weight. By not eating food. He should eat and exercise..

        And Mr A did not even eat his lunch.. I saw he just eat maybe snacks and then he just have dinner.. just meat and vegetables no carbs (that's good). He is 6 feet 1 inches tall man. I saw today his face. Poor guy. He needs to eat and exercise. He is kind of like me not looking forward exercise.. but my BF has good metabolism he can eat anything and doing running almost every day and exercise too. That why he is fit even if he is 53 or 54..
