    Overweight but never hungry

I have been overweight for years... since I had my daughter and she just turned 16 lol The problem is though, I am never hungry. As a matter of fact, because of some health issues and medications I have to take because of them, eating almost always makes me sick. And I’ve been this way most of my life.
I have tried SO many different diets. Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Curves, HCG, Keto, medical planned diets, a few crash diets and cleanses sadly lol NOTHING has worked. (Okay not entirely true, when I did the HCG diet I lost a great deal of weight and kept it off, but my A1c ended up so low and I was in the ER too many times to justify it).
I am currently on a medically altered keto diet (because of my Type 1 Diabetes) but I don’t lose more than 1-3 lbs a month and that is with die hard working out (which isn’t easy with other medical ailments) and watching ever little particle that I consume and quite often forcing myself to eat.
My question, now that I’ve rambled on SO much, has anyone had similar issues? Have you ever been where you can’t eat or barely eat and cannot lose weight? ‘Cause My husband and I are baffled why I’m not pretty much wasting away yet lol

    RE: Overweight but never hungry

1-3 pounds a month is not horrible if you want to be able to keep the weight off in the long run. If you don't eat your body thinks you are starving and it tends to store everything you do eat. Try eating small snacks/meals every 2-3 hours and try to be consistent when you eat. Drink at least half your body weight in water a day, no less than 64 oz. Feed your body clean healthy foods nothing processed! Hopefully, these tips will help speed up your process.
