    Need Guidance

    I am starting to put myself first and taking care of myself. First thing I need to tackle is my weight. I am a stress eater and cannot get out of the cycle I am in - any suggestions?
    What si a great diet to follow that is easy with a person who is very limited on time and always on the go?

    First, if you are a stress eater, you should eliminate stress from your life.

    Second, you need to be in caloric deficit if you want to lose weight. You don't need to follow any diet, count your calories, move more, and you will be fine.

    Don't understand calories? There are thousands of videos on youtube, how to prepare meals for the whole day, how to count calories and macros, how to exercise to not only lose weight but look good.
