    Weight loss

    I lost 2 pounds within 2 days. Now I understand how to lose weight quickly.
    Whole days I did not eat much. I just eat one kind raw vegetable and water and apple and another day 3 inch sandwich and just water. And I was keep busy with many things. Now I understand cooking food won't help you to lose weight. You need stick with raw vegetable, and apple and banana and water and egg for protein.
    I made it and special thanks for my BF as well.
    I will lose more very quick now. I am inspired.

    Sorry, but you have no idea how to lose weight — 2pounds in 2 days it's just water loss from not eating sodium. My wife lost 30pounds in 6months, and she was eating everything she wanted. All you need to do is count your dam calories and start moving your butt more.

    Good luck sticking to vegetables, you won't get enough fats, you will damage your hormone balance, your hair and nails will start to get weak.

    You won't get enough protein, and you will burn not only your fat but muscle too, you won't look as good as you wanted, because muscle shapes your body to look good not bones nor skin does that.

    You will slow down your metabolism, and later you will give up because you won't get some vital minerals like iron that you can get from meat. And you won't get enough carbs from vegetables to keep your mode balance and stick to weight loss plan.

    Sorry to say but you need to learn, learn, learn. If you are ok with damaging your body, then you do you.

        Thanks Mr for trying to compare me with your Adult wife.

        i will do my best to move my butt more and will do exercise more.

        last time i lost 25 pound within 3 months but get back all those just because of i had too much things going on surrounding me.

        i need to settle all of this. i will do again to lose my all extra weight. i know i can do it..

        i order some sit up exercise tools so that i can do it in home. if i am not able to go out.
        and will sign up for my Apartment Gym. it will be great.

        and food? Mr i would like to stick with Vegetable and fruits and fish.. but have plan to avoid fish for now.

        will see how much i can lose within a month..

        --- That's precisely why you got your weight back again because fruits and vegetables won't help in long term weight loss only in the short term. You are only damaging your body, and your body becomes like a dry sponge, once you get loose with food, it will convert all those calories to fats like a dry sponge is soaking water.

I'm here to offer my help to people who really want or need it. If you are ok with all side effects, then again, you do you.

Especially with your starvation diet, you will lose weight fast, but that does not mean you will look better and feel better, you will be more like damaging yourself. Now you might won't feel it, but when you will be older, you will understand what I wanted to tell you.
