    setting up my new health plan, decreasing triglycerides

    hello, my first post here, starting to set up my health care plan, I want to lower my triglycerides and trying to find appropriate guidelines on how to do this, I am overweight, age 45, female. I like to eat meat and eggs and full fat and basic vegetables and minimal fruit. I only exercise low levels mainly walking and some resistance training using my hands to lift hand weights and walking up and downstairs.
