i have devoted to look at labels, besides, carbs, fats, protein and the label that dont people realize. i have several Ramen noodles, but omit the package. I i eat just the noodles itself, would my sodidum be less? I look for fruit in their own juices, it cuts sodium in half.

do other people look at sodium levels at some food.?

I'm growing muscle mass for 12 years now. My wife gave birth 9months ago and was on a diet for 6months, she lost 15kg, and we NEVER track sodium.

You NEED sodium. This is a huge mistake that people make. There are so many benefits from sodium that I don't understand why people when starts to diet, first try to eat sodium less.

Look at top powerlifters, top fitness models, top healthy people they are all using sodium, because for powerlifters you gain more strength because sodium holds water in muscles, for losing weight you need sodium because you sweat a lot and you lose minerals.

There are so many benefits of sodium that I don't see the point to count sodium unless you eat like five spoons a day.
