    Start small. My best advice is to start by cutting out the most addictive foods that contain refined sugar. I lost 60 lbs. by not eating sodas, bread, candy, red meat, fast food. In essence, If you can become vegetarian, weight loss gets easy. I requested Wellbutrin to help me, and it worked amazingly. Avoid fast food restaurants because that's where you have the least control. Know the menu to a sit down restaurant before you go. I have kept my weight off by continuing avoidance of the red meats and processed sugars. Remember, weight loss is a lifestyle change, not a diet. :)

    Eat real food,
    Eat only when hungry,
    Measure your progress wisely,
    Be persistent,
    Avoid fruit,
    Avoid beer,
    Avoid non-caloric sweeteners.
    Also I found rebrand.ly/abhpgt8,it helped me not only lose weight but keep it off,hope it helps some others !
