    RE: Weight

though traveling is so much fun, it has a bad burden on weight gain. from eating in restaurants that use too much salt or fast food. eating sweets is ok, just moderate if you can. instead of walking, go swimming, try doing laps its a total body workout.

    RE: Weight

My husband is going to be 52 and has the same problem. I've removed all the bad food from fridge since his CHF hospitalization in Feb. 2019, he has no choice but to grab celery or carrots now. It was hard but I threw out all the cereal we had and then he can't reach for that little bowl of sugar at night and milk that would bloat him. Try removing bad stuff in the kitchen. I feel you.

    RE: Weight

To lose body fat, you need to reduce calories per day. If you consume less than 900 calories a day, you may lose weight.
