    Need Motivation

    I am in the medical field and am super knowledgeable about diet and weight loss. However, I have little to NO motivation to do anything about it. I am really happy with my spouse, we go out to eat a lot, we are enjoying life and each others company. However, I am not able to fit in most of my clothes anymore. I need to lose weight, but I have no desire or motivation to! Help! Any advice is appreciated!

    I feel the same! but knowing you need to change is a good sign you are moving to a good direction. You could start will a small achievable goal first and try not to focus on something small and to not to feel overwhelmed with the bigger picture. Cutting soda, taking the stairs, drinking more water, etc.

    Form now on I am going to the park or play ground for 2 hours at least because I am taking my 2.5 years son for play. And it is helping me to walk and run and stand by for long time. I do not even sit. I walked and run little bit today for 2 hours . I did the same yesterday and day before yesterday and days before that too . I have to have taking my son to the park every day and I have to walk and run and play with him every day no excuse from now on. ☹. So I believe I will loss weight more and more very soon no doubt... If you have boy take them to the park and play with them you will loss weight. Trust me
