    Me too. I think the best tip is to eat more vegetables because they're filling, and drink more water. I've added lemon, mint, cucumber, and ginger to my water to help add flavor and keep it from getting boring. Do you have any unhealthy habits that stick out? Do you have any favorite exercise/activities?

        One day I took my toddler boy to the playground close to my home. My and 2 years 3 months boy was running around the playground as well as he ran one end to the other end of the big baseball field. Plus, I ran after him just because of I was scared to think that he may get hurt by himself. I was getting tired running after him, but I was surprised to see my 36” tall boy did not even exhaust for running on that baseball field where as I was tried. I think it will be good exercise for me at least two to three days in a week running after my baby boy on the field. I will start taking him to playground and I will play with him as well. I believe it will be a good exercise. Kids are very energetic.

    No Sugar, Flour, Dairy, Red Meat and 20 minutes of cardio daily. If you MUST have something sweet - avoid sucralose and use Stevia instead.

    I have this sacred heart diet that I use every once in a while when I have suddenly gained weight to crash lose 5-10 pounds. Do you want it?
