    Worry about son

    My 45 year old son ran a lot in college with sweatsuits on to keep his weight down. Recently he has started running again and has changed his diet to mostly vegan. He went from 218 to his 182 weight in the last 3 months. He wears sweat suits, rubber shirt, heavy jacket, a bandana, and a blinker light vest when he runs. He drops about 6-10 pounds of water weight each time he runs at night for two hours. He comes home and strips everything off but shorts. Drinks either Gatorade or a fruit shake with ice in the blender (Approx. 20-40 oz). Is this safe? I feel he is draining too much fluid out at one time. The heat in May can be 60-70 degrees at his run time.
