    Intermittent fasting

    I’m 74 and have tried every diet out there in order to lose 20#. Nothing worked. This is for health mostly. I do intermittent fasting and vegetarian now and weight has come off. At my goal weight and health much improved. I really think the fasting was a major breakthrough! After the first 2 days of fasting cravings went away which made vegetarian diet much easier.
