    Working 2 programs

    Hello, I started WW a little over a month ago and have worked off 10 lbs and now I am following programs thru my health insurance provider to track at work and earn rewards. Last year I switched our household to a whole foods plant based diet but didn't see the scale move - too many calories from healthy starch foods - so hubs and I joined WW. We scaled back on whole plant foods, have some yogurt and chicken back in the food rotation, but def. use a lot of what I learned from going Vegan to make hearty , varied and healthy foods that are satisfying and allowing me to work off the weight. Here's to working another tracking program in the mix. What food management or cooking strategies are working for you? Tracking? Apps? Mixing/Matching Eating Plans or adopting new guidelines for food choices?
