    I'm 44 and I just joined from my job. I really need some help. I need to loose at least 50 lbs. I thought about weight lost surgery bout I'm kinda scared to go under the knife. I lost weight before when I went to the B12 clinic. All I need is a little help with meal prep and some motivation.

    I feel ya.. I myself am trying to lose about 40-50 pounds. The mental stress its causing me is making it so hard. Im trying to get more active and watch my food intake...but i tend to be an emotional eater. Have you committed yourself to physical activity each day?

    I am also 44 and joined through my job. I am currently 5 4 and 222. I recently lost8 pounds after gaining 20 from the 63 I lost in 2017-2018. Basically I have been up and down with my weight however this time I am trying something I have never tried as I was desperate and was also thinking of weight loss surgery. Instead I am trying the Holistic way. I went to an alternative Dr 3 weeks ago and I think it’s the best thing I could have done for myself because they have taught me things no one else has such as adrenal fatigue. Different things for different people but give it a try already down 8 naturally.

    Hi, I believe doing little changes help a lot. Lean meat, chicken, turkey, and fish helped me. Substitute juices and sugary drinks for water. instead of cookies and chips for snacks, do some fruit, nuts, or veggies. I try to do less fast food and more homemade. To me setting small goals helps me more than looking into a huge goal. Try one change at the time so you don't get overwhelmed. :-)
