    Weight Loss

    I just joined. I need to loose 23 lbs. I am 5'1" and weigh 153. I know I can do it. I was at that weight last year. I did it by using Herbal Life protein drinks, drinking water, eating fruits and vegetables. I figured by noting it here, it would get me motivated. I am starting tomorrow. I just want a healthier me. I hate exercising, so for me, this works. You drink 2 shakes a day and one meal. You can eat what you want (in moderation) With summer fast approaching, fresh fruits and vegies are too....
