    RE: Water Fasting

i did before water fasting. you can loss weight surprisingly. No doubt. but you need eat some specific food. such as eggs, apple, banana, cucumber, some good green vegetable you like to eat. but do not eat before you sleep. after 6PM better do not eat any heavy food. if you feel hungry then eat apple and cucumber, because these two can help you to loos weight quick. it is better to avoid carbohydrate, you can eat but it has to be right portion to make sure it would not effect your health. green tea is better as well. plus, Cheese and oil you may avoid since you want to loss weight. and do not forget to do some simple exercise.

    good luck

    RE: Water Fasting

Don't recommend water fasting. If you want to do it, start with 24 hours initially, but more than that has to be under doctor supervision.
Recommendatios after water fast- first thing, you want to take is liquid diet.
Start first day with lemon water ( lemon, water, sugar ( maple syrup can be a substitute ) and pinch of salt) and then home made soups of light consistency.
Second day, you can go with boiled vegetables.
third day- you can go with small portioned meals.
    after that

My research indicates water fasting has many health benefits besides helping to loose weight. Check out mercola.com. Greatly improves mitochondrial health. Short water fast don't appear to be dangerous, unless one has some severe medical issues.

    RE: Water Fasting

intentional water fasting is dangerous and pointless. naturally, you will lose weight; duh! you will also probably be ravenous when you stop, and God knows what you will hog down. just keep it simple and safe; eat less crap, replace it will the good food you know you should be eating, and get in more exercise. walking is great; the gym, etc, is better, but take it slowly and steadily. live, eat, and be happy!
