    Weight Loss

I'm in the same predicament as most women trying to lose weight. I'm 5-7, and weigh 208. I get frustrated because I can't seem to get below the 200's. I exercise 3-4 classes a day, 5-6 times a week. I do believe my eating is a little off and I know that is part of the reason. There is nothing psychically wrong like having thyroid problems etc., that would make the weight stay on. I noticed in the past years, when I run/jog everyday I tend to stay toned. I'm about to turn 49 and want this weight to go away for good. So, I've decided to join another gym ($10 a month) to run the treadmill (1mile each time I go) but increasing at to another mile until I reach 4 miles. I'm going back to meeting with my accountability coach again later this week. However, I'm taking on a NEW ME THIS YEAR. I'm going to lose 20-40 pounds. Getting a partner to exercise with you is excellent but it has to be someone that motivates you and not slacker or let you slack in your routine. However, we will all overcome this milestone in life and look phenomenal this summer. I'm open to eating/healthily cooking if you're teaching anywhere in Baltimore, MD.
