        The ketogenic diet is one specific diet. It’s low carb/moderate protein/ high fat. Eat a good amount of meat and cheese, green veggies and eggs, avocados even are great to eat and help. There are added benefits to doing the diet, increased energy levels, you tend to have a sharper mind. If done correctly you can see great results in as little as a month. Consult your doctor before trying it. It is not recommended for people with diabetes

    Hello, Quick question for you. Have you had your gallbladder removed? If so, like me, you will have issues with fat absorption. Taking a fat enzyme is essential and eating slow smaller meals. Eating unhealthy fats cause me problems. Omega 3 fats are the ones that are healthy for you and taking the fat enzyme will help you absorb the fat. Otherwise, Keto is a lengthy dedicated process. Unhealthy fats should not be acceptable in that it would make the Keto diet unhealthy. Do your research and ensure you are willing to put in the effort and dedication. Best of luck to you.
