    Weight loss

    I started my weight loss Journey on September 27. I’m down 20 Ilbs as of today. Keto along with intermittent fasting has helped me lose weight. I do have my days where I may have a piece of fried chicken along with vegetables but it hasn’t affected my weight loss. It works for me. My goal is to get down to 190. I’ll be soo happy!!!
