    RE: Any Advise Helps...

Hi. I understand your struggle. I have battled my weight for about 25 years. I have arthritis, disc disease and mild scoliosis. Plus asthma and obstructive lung disease. Hard to get the exercise I need. My biggest success was with a low carb diet. Boom lost 50 lbs and then Boom put it back on. So that wasn't the answer! My advice to you is 1) realize it's a process and some things are going to work and others do not work. You have to figure it out as you go. 2) From what I have read the best way to lose weight and keep it off is portion control. I love to eat. However, I eat way to much for my activity level. I do better on a LOWER carb meal plan but not a LOW carb meal plan. 3) Write down EVERYTHING you eat. Yes, it's a hassle but it helps quite a bit. SparkPeople.com is a good way to track and they have meal plans to follow if you choose 4) Try to do a walk, even if not far, every day. It will raise your endorphins and make you feel good about yourself. 5) A fun way to get some exercise in is to dance. I put on two or three tunes, usually Motown, and dance to them. The time flies and I have fun. 6) Don't beat yourself up! Be proud of small successes! 7) Don't eat from 8pm to 10pm. Have water in the morning when you first wake up. It's a modified daily fast. After a few days you feel less hungry. A weight loss counselor I saw had me do this. It works! 8) Keep occupied. We are less likely to go to the cupboard for a snack when we are busy. 9) If you want a treat. Have a bite of it so you don't feel deprived.
You just took the first step by reaching out! Remember eating right and keeping weight off is a lifelong committment. You can do it!

thank you! I will take these suggestions into account...I wish I had a "Boom" weight loss(even if I would gain it right back)...lol! I know that is bad to say, but I did a natural cleanse by eating nothing but oranges and grapefruits for 2 weeks(most people lose 5-20 lbs in those 2 weeks). I only lost 2 lbs and my Air Force recruiter thought I was cheating even though I wasn't...He had me keep on it for another 2 weeks...After a full month of the cleanse I only lost 5-7 lbs...that was when I was 17-18 yrs of age...All the while working out 5 days a week(different exercises everyday), working almost full time and going to school...I've had my thyroid checked and blood work done to make sure there is nothing wrong with my inner workings too...lol! I know it is a battle...I just feel like it's one my body won't let me win... :(

I would talk to your doctor and ask about the Keto diet. I did it. Good results but it was hard to stay on it. The weight did fly off. It was low carb and low fat. But don't give up! Keep me posted! I have to lose 25 to 30 lbs but I am going to go slowly. It didn't go on overnight.....

That cleanse diet of nothing but oranges and grapefruit sounds very dangerous. You should talk to a doctor and nutritionist.

For as long as I was on the cleanse, it was dangerous...If you are only on it for a week or two it's not...I was trying to get into the Air Force and couldn't lose the weight...that was when I was 17 yrs old...I started getting Very upset with myself and my recruiter started getting desperate...the cleanse was a desperate attempt on his part(and mine to be honest) at getting me(my body) to at least Start losing weight...He kept accusing me of cheating on my diets and skipping workouts...truth is, I was working out EVERY day and Changed up my work out every day...wore a sauna suit to help lose water weight...I busted my butt trying to lose the 30 lbs I needed to get to my Max allowed weight to get in...Nothing seemed to work well...I Eventually got there after almost 3 years...And then, the week before signing my papers to get shipped, I got crushed in a machine at work and couldn't go...lol!!! Now I have back issues to add onto the fact my body wants to fight me every step of the way...Doctor has put me on prescription weight loss meds and they did Nothing for me(no boost in energy, no curbing my cravings, nothing)...

I have heard a lot of good things about the Whole 30 diet. It was recommended to me by a Physician's Assistant. One book explains how it works and another book has menus and recipes. Good Luck to you!

Red tea is the only thing thats made me lose the weight I wanted to lose. I have lost 26 pounds. My friend Sierrah showed me this. I was Skeptical at first but then I started quickly seeing the weight leave.I didnt change my diet or exercise more. Just had the redtea daily. It really freaking works. It makes me so happy now that I feel and look the way I want. I want to share with others. https://davyboi22_redteax.pay.clickbank.net/?cbitems=2.1&;cbskin=20480&cbfid=36210&cbexit=58 This link gives you a coupon for it. Its super cheap. Its how I get mine.
