    Gastric Bypass 08/2014

    It’s been almost 4 years. I picked a realistic goal weight of 160 and never made it. I’m actually okay if I can maintain at 167, but I keep creeping up to 175. I know I’ve been eating the wrong things and stresss eating...especially now that I know I can tolerate certain foods. Sometimes I overeat my and feel sick even thought I know it’s how I’ll feel. It’s like as I’m eating I’m not paying attention to the signals...ignoring them. I know the right things to do and I hate to keep getting myself back on track. Anyone else with this struggle? My weight started off at 258.
