Almost one year ago, I went through chest reduction surgery to remove the gynecomastia mass from my right pectoral muscle. I continued to wear my compression tank top in order to help reduce the swelling, however, my chest is still looking like a small female breast and it continues to protrude out of any shirt I wear and is embarrassing. I am not overweight, I workout almost every day and have a consistently healthy diet. I would like to know if there is anything else I can be doing that could minimize or fix this problem? Such as certain chest workouts, creams to rub on top of my chest, or pills I could take to reduce the size of the protrusion? My doctor said he removed the hard ball of mass underneath the nipple, yet I still feel it there as if I never had the surgery. Is this normal?
