    Exercise 5x/week. Stop eating bread, sugar, white flour, at least - reduce because it metabolizes as sugar. Be consistent, never give up, replace sugar for dates, figs, honey. Don't drink soft drinks, little meat, est full grain, whole food, lots of fresh veggies and fruits.
