I know what you mean. Seems to be a content battle for me as well. Have you ever tried the Green Smoothies for Life by JJ Smith? It is helpful, there is a lot of online support via the FB group. She has been featured on Dr. OZ several times as well. Give it a try as that may give you the boost to feel successful on your journey.

I've been where you're at for 13 years!! no kidding. I had my son a little late and lost the weight immediately after. Then a so called friend(actually a sabateur)kept asking me to go to lunch everyday and throw away what I brought for lunch. Eventually I stopped bringing my lunch to work and went out with her and gained all the weight back. The struggle became very real after that! This was early 2000's. Let's fast forward to now. I too thought I was being very careful just a piece of this or that won't hurt me. Well it did. then the health scare came (prediabetes). So after the long talk from my Docter she prescribes something called ALA =Alpha Lipoic Acid treatments, they've been around forever look it up. Next I stopped eating junk period. sometimes you need to see it in writing in order to follow it. 1 egg and 3 turkey sausages or 3 strips of bacon. on the wknd I added an avocado yes the whole thing, and sliced tomato. cup of coffee with half n half. lunch, turkey, chicken or tuna on bed of greens, tomato, boiled egg and thinly sliced red onion and creamy balsamic vinagrett dressing by Brianna it's delicious! Dinner, Salmon with green beans and toss salad with carrots tomato, feta cheese or I would have a sweet baked potato, You can also use lean beef, porkchop or chicken as your protein. Bored yet? use cottage cheese in the am as well with bacon or an omlette with cheese and peppers and tomatos. lunch make lentil soup or black bean soup. There is a veggie soup online by weight watchers that you can make it's really easy. You can eat this soup all day practically with no repercussion. Try it, I promise if you stick to this and be consistant it will work! I Dropped 17lbs in 3 weeks, went on vacation gained 3 back but got right back on track. I do hope that this helps you and I truly wish you the best of luck!! P.S don't forget your water, it should be half of what you weight in ounces that you should drink per day....

One good way to help lose weight is to use an air fryer...you can buy them just about anywhere...Walmart, target etc.. It uses little to no oil & it makes fantastic tasting food. We "fry" chicken & pork chops all the time. It also cooks in half the time.

So far I have lost 12 kg. in four months. I dropped breakfast and drink a coffee with thick cream. Lunch is home made bone broth with Himalayan salt to keep up my minerals. Dinner is meat/ egg/ bacon/ vegetables often cooked in chicken fat from the broth. I can eat cheese, roast almonds, walnuts. Drink plenty of water. I avoid bread and sugar. I eat berries not fruit. I see Canadian Kidney Specialist Dr Jason Fung as the best informed clinician in this area. Weight can go down in jumps not a straight line. Buy some ketone strips and check your urine. My triglycerides have dropped and my HDL increased.

I'll start by telling you my story. I had a heart attack 12 years ago, I was only 47. After I had it I was afraid to do anything that would increase my heart rate thinking it would bring on another one (even though I knew better from being in the medical field for 20 years). The weight started piling on and before I knew it I was obese. I tried several different programs and I would lose the weight but gain it right back...till I found this company. I lost 58 pounds in 6 months and have never felt better. I was on the verge of type 2 diabetes and had sleep apnea. Now I have neither. It was all started by a doctor, the support is phenomenal! Almost all of it is done online. I have now helped over 100 people lose the weight and get healthy, it's not a diet but an optimal health company. My clients get a free health coach (me). We offer a healthy body, healthy mind and healthy finances. My specialty is sleep medicine/ neurology and sleep apnea.

    RE: Stuck

Hi, I've been there as well, I tried many things people are talking about, nothing worked for me, then I took it more seriously and made my own research and studied from scientific pages form Harvard medical school, WebMD,... to NCBI PubMed and putting pieces of the puzzle together and finally I've got the last piece together few moths ago and it's working for me now. Cloths are getting bigger and bigger many times on a daily basis, but usually I can see the progress on a weekly basis.

If you wish you can submit your daily meals here http://www.newebee.com/optimize-your-daily-meals and will get reviewed and replied with the recommendation what to change in your diet to make it work for you.

One of the thing is, that you don't need to waste money on supplements and 'magical' foods you don't need and don't work. After the review the recommendation will include real food among the list of recommended foods you like. The recommendation doesn't include any 'magical' product you should buy for results...

    If not, good luck :)
