    Need some healthy portable snacks

    What are some quick and healthy snacks that I can pack for work? I'm struggling to find things that are gluten free and dairy free. My go-to used to be hard-boiled eggs or fruit with cheese, but my stomach just can't handle either any more. I'm currently eating almonds with figs as one snack and veggies with hummus for another but I'd really like to switch it up. Any suggestions?
