    Diet problems

    I recently decided I'm going to start trying to lose my weight I've picked up. I'm 15, male, 193 lb. I have lost 10 pounds since August but recently I started to stop gaining. I did also start going from around 2300 calories a day to 1200, but the problem is that I'm full. I understand eating this little can slow down the metabolism. Any good estimates for a good calorie amount to lose 1 to 2 pounds a day?
