    RE: carbonated water

    Personally, the carbonation hurts my stomach if I drink to much of it and I end up gassy and bloated. As long as the carbonation doesn't bother you and you're sure there isn't added sugar or sodium then I think it's totally fine.

        I have been drinking it for 5 or more years. No problems. There is no salt , sugar or calories. The carbonation is good for you digestive system.

    RE: carbonated water

    I felt I was drinking too much pop so I tried making lemonade with low calorie sweetener. I also tried making probiotic ginger pop. It has something like carbonation and is supposed to be better for you. I have also tried putting slices of fruit in water. I have liked all of these options
