    How can I relieve muscle pain after workouts?

    I go to a twice a week fitness class, which I love. However, I always wake up the next morning SO sore. I take this as a sign I worked hard, but my muscles are screaming at me for the next few days. Even taking the stairs hurts. Is there anything I can do to help ease the soreness? Sometimes I feel like I'm not as committed at my second class of the week because I'm still hurting from my first.
