Trying to gain a little weight
I have always been thin. Im 5'4" and always bet. 108 & 110. I am bottom heavy and very thin, flatchested and frail on top. I am trying to gain weight but I really cant. I have tried eating lots of calories desserts, carbs etc but nothing. If I have an IBS-D attack I will slow down on the eating for a few days and it will show because I loose weight right away.... I just cant gain. Ideas?

RE: Trying to gain a little weight
Eat less and eat more, but don't increase the amount of meals per meal. Because most people with thin body are weak in gastrointestinal function, eating too much at a meal often cannot be effectively absorbed, but it will increase the burden on the stomach and cause indigestion. You can change the number of meals per day to 4~5 meals.
