    Workout plan for at home??

    Hi, I'm Amber. A little about myself, I'm 26yo, My starting weight is 260lbs(eeekk...ik). I work full time (12+hrs), I'm a mom to 3 beautiful girls. I want to lose weight so I can run around with my kids, feel good about myself, shop in the regular size clothes. but I need workout ideas. Like Monday arms, Tuesday legs, ex... but stuff I can do at home. If anyone has any ideas or have workout plans they don't mind sharing that would be awesome!! Thank you in advance!!

    P.S. If anyone wants to be my weightloss buddy let me know! I need someone that will be stern with me, help me keep on myself on my weight loss journey.
