    Sunburn sos

    Like a week ago I got a strip of sunburn down my knee and I know your not supposed to peel sunburns but like a idiot I did. and now it's really bad it kinda looks like a road rash with red and white super blotchy and I've been putting aloe on it but I don't know if it's actually helping any advice for a dummy like myself would be great

    Sunburn should be treated with retin-a cream or hydroquinone cream. Both creams are effective. It takes about 10 days for light Sunburn and 3 weeks for severe sun damage to be treated. Please apply a broad sunscreen (sunblock) physical fusion uv defense sunscreen SPF 50 to avoid skin complications. If you leave it alone for a while, your skin will rejuvenate itself.
