    Outbreak getting worse

I used to think this was a stress rash, but it's getting worse and now I have this weird sore. It's on my arms all over, and outer thighs and butt... I cant seem to find any sort of answer other than keratitis I think? The doctors in my town are useless, the prescribed a steroid cream which did nothing. It's itchy red bumps and when scratched they scan and now I have a huge sore on my elbow crease.

    RE: Outbreak getting worse

Since you are not sure what your condition is, eczema, acne or anything else, I would suggest you speak to a specialist. Since you say the doctors in your area are not great, I would suggest you go natural.

    Skin issues are treatable.

It needs severe cleansing of your internal system, acne/eczema is not just a skin problem, it is an issue with your internal body. Once your internal body is cleansed, acne will reduce multi-fold.

Your diet, your mental health, your detoxification, your breathing techniques, and herbal alternatives can all help you with the outbreak. I would suggest a natural and herbal way to treat it instead of harsh medicines with side effects.

Indian Ayurveda is a science which has its roots ranging back to 5000 years. In addition to what you apply on your skin, you would also be prescribed cleansing of your system with the help of good, organic food and supplements, your immunity would improve and prevent the re-growth of acne.

Ayurveda suggests the use of various ingredients like tulsi, lemon and honey, but a right mixture, right products and right advice can only come from an Ayurveda specialist.

Let me know if you need more information, I have personally experience Ayurveda and have been off OTC drugs for over a year and a half now.

    Best wishes

No matter how useless the doctors are, you are the one paying. DEMAND a scrape biopsy and a clear diagnosis. A lot of rashes look and act very similarly, from allergic reaction, to fungal to viral, and each type requires a different approach to heal. You gotta know what you got so you can get rid of it!
