• RE: Acne

It depends on your skin and your preferences. Most people resort to medical operations and medicines. Many of them are known to only lessen acne and not completely remove it, though. They also take numerous months. The most common speed is 6 months.

For me, the natural way is the best option. I simply wash my face and cleanse it regularly, keeping it away from dirt as much as possibe. It takes me 5 months.

After my acne goes away, it leaves behind marks. I use All Purpose Hydroquinone Cream to remove my acne scars. It takes 2 weeks.

Then I prevent my acne from getting back by maintaining a skin care routine that involves regular washing of the face, cleansing, and using Nivea as a moisturizer.

Benzoyl Peroxide has worked well for me. Proactive set is good. Do not pick and squeeze your zits. If you must, cleanse face first, steam your face ir apply warm towels, always wear gloves and use tissues or cotton pads. Rinse with cold water, apply benzoyl peroxide.
If you have just a few blackheads and whiteheads, cleanse your face, then mix half teaspoon of salt and 1/2 cup of warm water. Soak a cotton pad or q-tip in the solution and dab on your zits. Let it dry and go to sleep. Do this every night. Use a light moisturizer for acne skin, never Nivea or a heavy moisturizer. Always make sure your hands and nails are clean because you will transfer the bacteria to your face.
