    Weight loss

    I have been doing omad - one meal a day since Feb. 11, 2019 and have lost 45 pounds . I also workout ( cardio + weights ) at a local gym for at least one hour for six days per week. I include brisk walking intermittently through the week. Sometimes I use ankle weights and sometimes a weighted vest .     Post Severe Scoliosis

    Hello, I am 14 years old and I went through a spinal fusion surgery for severe scoliosis on October 22nd, 2018, the curve was at a shocking 94 degrees before surgery and now down to mid-20s (incision was from T3-L3).     Scared about height

    Ever since 7th grade, I have masturbated 2 to 3 times a day and now I'm worried that I might have affected my height. I asked my doctor, and he said that masturbating doesn't affect height.     Am I getting enough sleep

    I turned 16 about 2 months ago, I'm a guy, and I heard that I need like 8-10 hours of sleep each night. Ever since 7th grade, I've gotten about 6-8 hours of sleep, sometimes 9, and when I wake up, I feel fine and tired for like a few minutes but then I'm wide awake. My question is if I'm getting enough sleep or not because even though it sounds like I'm not getting enough sleep, I always wake up feeling ready to get the day started and I'm never sleepy throughout the day.

    I'm worried about my height (Please respond)

    I just turned 16 years old, and I have been 5.7 and a half since I was 15. My dad use to be 5.9 and my mom is 5.4. A lot of people on both sides of my family are tall, like 6 feet and above.     Swollen Arm

    I do Crossfit and workout 3-4 times a week. This last Monday we did a hero workout which is a really long high intensity workout in honor of a fallen soldier or first responder. There was a lot of movements which involved the biceps. During the workout my biceps felt tight but nothing too out of the normal.
