    Scared about height

Ever since 7th grade, I have masturbated 2 to 3 times a day and now I'm worried that I might have affected my height. I asked my doctor, and he said that masturbating doesn't affect height. I looked online and people said the same thing, but I heard that masturbating too much can lead to low testosterone which does affect height. There were plenty of times when I didn't masturbate for weeks or months. I workout regularly, eat about enough, and get what I believe is enough sleep, like....

    Am I getting enough sleep

I turned 16 about 2 months ago, I'm a guy, and I heard that I need like 8-10 hours of sleep each night. Ever since 7th grade, I've gotten about 6-8 hours of sleep, sometimes 9, and when I wake up, I feel fine and tired for like a few minutes but then I'm wide awake. My question is if I'm getting enough sleep or not because even though it sounds like I'm not getting enough sleep, I always wake up feeling ready to get the day started and I'm never sleepy throughout the day.

I'm worried about my height (Please respond)

I just turned 16 years old, and I have been 5.7 and a half since I was 15. My dad use to be 5.9 and my mom is 5.4. A lot of people on both sides of my family are tall, like 6 feet and above. I use to sleep on my stomach for a long time, I get about 6-7 hours of sleep a night, sometimes less, I've been working out 3-4 times a week for an hour or more since I was in 8th grade, I always hunch over when I do my homework, I carry a heavy backpack, for a while I hardly left the couch over the summer....

    Swollen Arm

I do Crossfit and workout 3-4 times a week. This last Monday we did a hero workout which is a really long high intensity workout in honor of a fallen soldier or first responder. There was a lot of movements which involved the biceps. During the workout my biceps felt tight but nothing too out of the normal. On Tuesday I was feeling stiff and my arms were kind of stuck bent, but not sore. I skipped the workout Tuesday because I was feeling a little dizzy and lightheaded in the afternoon. Wednesday....

    Advice on losing gut

I've been exercising regularly for about 10 years, and exercising with a personal trainer for the past year. I visit the gym 2-3 times per week, and follow a regular diet. I generally only consume spirits (vodka/whiskey) on the weekends Despite the visits to the gym and following a healthy diet, i've been unable to lose my belly. My weight over the past 2 years is generally stable at about 170 lbs, i'm 5'11 (male) Recently, I tried out the keto diet for about 3 months, I lost about....

I’ve been exercising regularly since May, and counting calories/eating healthy since around that time as well. It’s been really successful, and I haven’t had to deal with any serious cravings for a few months now. My exercise usually consists of 3 days of strength training, and two days of cardio a week. This week I’ve run a 5k every day for a thing at work. I’ve gone over my calorie goal because I’ve needed to. Now I’m suddenly wanting to “be bad”, and craving all kinds of fatty and salty foods....

Post op swelling in my arm is scaring me

Just had a surgery to remove old scar tissue from an accident over a year ago. He made the incision down my elbow (18 staples). Now, the entire area around the incision has swelled with a LOT of blood and it looks like i have a softball on my elbow. My doctor said he would drain the blood. But my arm is still swollen and i have edema around my elbow and it’s been 3 weeks now after surgery. Should I be worried?? Or is the healing process a long one for this type of scenario. I feel like this isn’t....

Recently I had an injury to my IT band. My entire leg from hip to knee was swollen for three weeks. I could not bend my knee and was on crutches. Once the swelling subsided and I could bend my knee, I noticed my VMO would not contract. I went to the doctor. He felt my knee and told me my VMO completely tore and there is no surgery to fix it (no MRI or xrays were done). I’m getting a second option. But I’m the meantime I was wondering if the doctor was right? Is this common? Am I going to be limping....
