    I'm worried about my height (Please respond)

    I just turned 16 years old, and I have been 5.7 and a half since I was 15. My dad use to be 5.9 and my mom is 5.4. A lot of people on both sides of my family are tall, like 6 feet and above. I use to sleep on my stomach for a long time, I get about 6-7 hours of sleep a night, sometimes less, I've been working out 3-4 times a week for an hour or more since I was in 8th grade, I always hunch over when I do my homework, I carry a heavy backpack, for a while I hardly left the couch over the summer....

    Cravings

    I’ve been exercising regularly since May, and counting calories/eating healthy since around that time as well. It’s been really successful, and I haven’t had to deal with any serious cravings for a few months now. My exercise usually consists of 3 days of strength training, and two days of cardio a week. This week I’ve run a 5k every day for a thing at work. I’ve gone over my calorie goal because I’ve needed to. Now I’m suddenly wanting to “be bad”, and craving all kinds of fatty and salty foods....

    Low iron levels for a man?

    Hi there, I'm male, 27, 71 KG, 1.68 M (active) and had some recent DIY blood tests for vitamin level which showed a decreased ferritin level. I did one test in July which showed my level at 73.1 ug/l and one just recently, this week, which showed my level down to 29.7 (normal range for this comany, Thriva is between 30 - 300) Should this be a cause of concern?     Is drinking soda for 4 consecutive days a bad thing?

    Just today, my team leader in the company I’ve been working in for over a year now commented on my excessive intake of soda. He noticed that I’ve been drinking it for 4 consecutive days already.     Best vitamin supplements for 30 year old

    I have a friend who lives in Canada, doesn't get out much, gets sick easily, goes on a lot of diets, and takes stress/anxiety/depression medication.
