    Hi Because of your age you can but it will be very slowly, and would mean taking supplements.

    As a 65 year old male, I'm enjoying some decent success in building muscle mass after a series of labs to identify what medical impediments I needed to address. Hypothyroidism and hypogonadism were my two biggest hurdles. Once this issues were medically controlled, my muscle mass began to improve. I do take aminos and supplements, but I also have semi annual blood tests to see where I'm at metabolically and adjust my supplements accordingly. Good Luck.

    Hi Guys was thinking today as I was looking at youtube link about testosterone, have you guys had your testosterone checked out, could be a help for you both
