    Frequent UrinationmIs Driving me Crazy

I am a 56-year-old male and weigh between 165 and 172 pounds (depending on how active I am).

I am urinating during the daytime approximately two to three times per hour to once every hour 1/2. At night I often wake up and urinate a two to three times during the night.

I have no pain and no problems urinating. My urination flow is strong and I have no issues with a post-urination dribble.

It's to the point where I may have to stop three times to urinate during a one hour drive. I mean I really have to stop because it's an emergency for me to get to a bathroom as quickly as possible to urinate.

I do not drink any alcohol. However, I do drink water and my main vice is that I do drink diet coke. I can often drink up to six 12 ounce cans over a 12 hour time period. So that's about one 12 ounces can of diet coke every two hours.

I take a medication that has a side effect of dry mouth and I tend lean toward the dehydrated side of the spectrum if I don't drink throughout the day.

My concern is I never experienced this issue to this degree until approximately one year ago, and it is progressively getting worse.

    Help!
