I'm worried about my height (Please respond)

I just turned 16 years old, and I have been 5.7 and a half since I was 15. My dad use to be 5.9 and my mom is 5.4. A lot of people on both sides of my family are tall, like 6 feet and above. I use to sleep on my stomach for a long time, I get about 6-7 hours of sleep a night, sometimes less, I've been working out 3-4 times a week for an hour or more since I was in 8th grade, I always hunch over when I do my homework, I carry a heavy backpack, for a while I hardly left the couch over the summer, and I'm worried that I might have stunted my growth. I used to be as tall, if not slightly taller, than most of my peers, and now I'm like an inch or inch and a half shorter than most of them. So my question is do I have room to grow or am I most likely done? P.S. I'm a guy

I would recommend you not to hunch over. Be conscious of your posture. Use both shoulder straps when wearing your backpack.
I agree with the previous comment also.
You still have more growing to do. I wouldn't recommend heavy lifting when working out. Less weight more reps.
    Take care!

I used to be almost 5'9 too, I'm now closer to 5"8" and in my early 60s. When I was your age I was closer to 5'6. My brother a year younger than me shoot up when we were 12 and 13, in high school he was 6'3" and by senior year I was about 5'9". There were a lot of guys in that height range or shorter. You can grow until you're about 18 or 19. Stay in shape and walk tall. There's always someone shorter out there. It never bothered me and it still doesn't. Be proud and work hard .
