    Trouble getting an erection

I am 33 years old. Good physical shape, sexually active 6-7 days a week in a monogamous relationship. No current medical problems, disease free, on no medications or other drugs. When I was 10 I was diagnosed with petechiae and a vitamin k deficiency, but no issues in over 20 years. Occasionally, maybe once every 30-60 days, I have a day where I can not get an erection, no matter what I do. I don't understand it. I am highly attracted to my spouse, its a issue solely on my part. I also occasionally have trouble ejaculating. I will sometimes go soft after a while of foreplay and intercourse. It is starting to make my spouse question my attraction to her. I've always had trouble occasionally ejaculating, its not even a big deal really to me. The erection always comes back eventually. But the fact I occasionally cannot perform at all is a recent problem, been happening for maybe 2 years. I haven't been to a doctor in roughly 10 years, and don't know how to open the discussion. Is there anything I should be possibly be checked for? Anything i could do herbally to help? Trying to leave drugs like Viagra alone, open to honest opinions. Thank you...
